**IMPORTANT!!** Please read before booking POLICIES CANCELLATIONS 48 hours notice is required to cancel an appointment. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and your deposit will be non-refundable. NO SHOWS No show appointments will result in a charge of 100% of the service amount and you will no longer be able to book with me. DEPOSITS Deposit is required for all new clients in order to secure a day and time. You will have 24 hours to send a deposit fee, once it has been received, your appointment will be approved and secured. This deposit will be used towards your service total. LATE ARRIVALS There is a 10-minute grace period for all services and appointments. If you are running late, please send me a message before your appointment. If you arrive after 10 minutes your appointment will be canceled, your booking fee will be lost and a $50 late fee will be charged. You will need to schedule a new appointment with a new deposit fee. SICK POLICY To ensure the safety and well-being of my clients and myself, i ask clients who are sick, have been sick in the last two weeks or have close family members who are sick to reschedule your appointments to a later date. please call or send me a message as soon as possible to reschedule. if you come in to your appointment sick, i will stop the service and you will have to pay 100% of the service fee. I am putting several precautionary measures in place and making your health and my health my utmost priority. So please do not come in if you are Sick.
